Support & data requests

For help with ToupiTimes, email support@storytimes.fr. Include your device model, Android version and a description of the issue. Please avoid sending a child’s personal details.

Remove local game data

Use the available profile controls in the Parents area. To remove all local profiles, progress and settings, open Android Settings → Apps → ToupiTimes → Storage → Clear storage. Labels may differ by device. This action resets the game.

Turn off the microphone

Disable listening in the Parents area, or open Android Settings → Apps → ToupiTimes → Permissions → Microphone and choose “Don’t allow”. Your child can continue using touch activities.

Request provider-held data deletion

Email us with the subject “ToupiTimes data request”. Include the approximate activity date and time if relevant; do not attach voice recordings. Clearing local data does not automatically delete data held by service providers. Read the privacy policy for details.

No remote account to close

ToupiTimes does not require an online account. A local child profile and parent PIN are stored on the device.
